My 'content' is delivered in text and in audio... and I myself hate sitting in front of my computer listening... I don't know what to do with my hands.

Once I realized that I can use my cell phone to 'consume' what I wanted to listen to, I have been listening to a lot more stuff... I just put my phone in my pocket, and I can cook, exercise, lie down, walk, take care of stuff... so I can get a whole lot more done.

This is why I decided to put as much of my stuff on the mobile phones as I can... I created my app inside a 'hub' called Learnistic that is an app itself, and can be used, if I am not mistaken, on all newer phones. My own phone is an iphone 8, and it works perfectly.
